I just want to make mention of your service manager Peter Harrison, Time and time again he goes beyond his call of duty to ensure that I get the best possible level of service. good old fashioned customer service like it used to be and how I believe it should still be today everywhere. You really have a great service manager. Hang onto him!!

I just want to have a say about your customer service. I've had an ongoing issue with Nissan Australia that Total Nissan have been dealing with. Although this isn't an issue with Total Nissan directly, the staff have been outstanding in their professionalism with my frustrations. I just want to say that whilst I still own a Nissan, Total Nissan will still be doing my servicing.even if I do have to drive 1200klms! nice work.

I just wanted to send some positive feedback about your Service Advisor, Marco. Having been through 3 service advisors who previously couldn't care less about my issue, I was extremely pleased to get a breath of fresh air from Marco who has absolutely bent over backwards to assist in having my vehicle rectified. His service has been impeccable and he put up with me being a bit impatient on the odd occasion without even skipping a beat himself. He most definitely went above and beyond and I just couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from him.

Really appreciated the update calls and for keeping me posted, also, as you knew that I would be in major need of the vehicle on Tuesday for work purposes, it was great for you to try to help me with early pickup.
Overall, thanks for acting in a professional, friendly manner that helped make me feel very comfortable and sure that I'm buying a great vehicle from the right dealers at Total Nissan! This was the very thing that stopped me from going ahead with other dealers.

I have been with Total Nissan for 8 years now starting in 2006 when I first bought the 350Z then the 370Z in 2012.
Although the Service Managers have come and gone - and there's been a few over the years - more recently thanks to Cameron and Kate for providing tireless and excellent service for both my Z and KIA.
It is nice to communicate with someone that you know and tries their very best to answer my many enquiries and ensuring vehicles are serviced expediently and to standard.

Just writing to thank you and the staff, particularly Dylan for making the trip from Bunbury to have my Xtrail serviced on Monday such a pleasure, he went out of his way to help me with my young granddaughter. The staff at Total Nissan are always obliging and friendly. Thank you to you also for organising for my car to be cleaned it was a pleasure to return to a gleaming vehicle much nicer than a voucher which is not usable in Bunbury.
I wanted to send you an email in regards to the customer service I received from one of your employees, Melanie.
Nissan are very lucky to have such a wonderful, friendly and professional lady working on their team. Every single question, query or requirement I required she answered me promptly and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out.
Its not everyday you get to have dealings with such a polite and beautiful person these days.

We took delivery of a Nissan X-Trail from Total Nissan and would like to say how impress and happy we were with Fab. Fab was very helpful when we first started looking around at different SUV's. We decided on the X-Trail and the day we picked it up he did a thorough familiarisation of the vehicle and all the paperwork. He could not have been more patient. I just wanted to let you know what a great job the guys did for us over xmas/new year. We had 3 cars in on 24th December and my service advisor got all 3 cars in and done on the same day so we had them available. Then we had another one go in new years eve so a big thanks to my service advisor and the mechanics for getting all that done for us.
